We are a very professional, results-oriented organization. Our objective is to adapt and respond
to each client’s special needs.
We will give every client a complete lean manufacturing audit of their factory covering not only
the Toyota Seven Wastes and Japanese 5 Ss of housekeeping.
We also spotlight safety and total quality. This audit depending on client size, can be one- to two-
days in length. It normally is done by one of our specialists but for a large corporation we may
use two.
At the end of the audit, we’ll review what you’re doing well, what you can improve on, and if we
find a serious problem we’ll review this with you. The summary audit can be presented to you
only or to your entire staff. We’ll follow up in 48 hours with a formal report.
We don’t charge you anything for the time we spend — it’s free! We do ask you to pay our
expenses for travel cost. But, we’ll leave you with at least on idea you can implement quickly that
will more than pay for the minor cost. So, in essence, it’s free!
We are very people-oriented and we would work with your floor people who are responsible for a
given area.
Our approach is to start at the beginning of the process, spend time in the supervisor’s area and
on completion, have supervisors introduce us to the next supervisor and continue on until we’ve
covered the total process.
This won’t tie up any one person and it gives each supervisor a chance to share with our audit of
their area.

We have a simple but very informative 3-question supervision survey that we would distribute to
each supervisor and collect for you. It has been well received by our clients because it exposes
management to their floor supervisor’s opinion, priorities, and suggestions. We would give the
results of this survey at the end of our audit to management for their review.
