Confidential Coaching for Top Management

I have over 30 years experience in management. I have learned many lessons of business to be
successful. I also learned the hard way many things that you shouldn’t do if you are going to be
successful. Being right does not mean that you will be successful. You must be realistic in
business. You must be politically correct and not try to win every battle. You only need to win the
strategically important ones!

I have been successful in business turnarounds, factory turnarounds, re-organizing
staffs and bringing out the best in people. Life is full of people who are doubters and
people who are scared by others who either have used them or abused them.

Humans are the same whether they are in the office at the shop or at home. The one
thing that I have learned in life is that people do not have to be what they are. They do
not have to accept the conditions that they face. I have taken losers and helped them
gain self-confidence and accomplish things that they thought they were incapable of
doing. I have been a great counselor, confidante, and advisor to many top executives
whom I have developed a lasting friendship with.

As an executive, you know that being a leader is a very lonely position. You cannot express your
doubts and fears with your staff and still be successful. You must inspire them to overcome
difficulties and have the logic to implement what needs to be done.

In this culture, there is a hesitancy to trust anyone with your thoughts and fears. I will
sign a confidentiality agreement if you wish. However, we must establish a trust and
confidence in each other if we are going to be successful as a team. I am confident that
I can make you even more successful!

With much respect,
